Dr. Phoebe as she is often called, was born in Union City, CA and then was raised Tracy, CA. From a very young age, she had a true passion for teeth. It started in the fourth grade when she got braces. This experience left her incredibly impressed with how small changes can make a drastic difference in a smile. From this point on, worked very hard to become a dentist and be able to improve patient’s smile on a daily basis.

She attended the University of the Pacific and earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Biological Sciences. She then continued her education at the prestigious University of the Pacific School of Dentistry to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Southern Alameda Dental Society.

Dr. Phoebe enjoys spending quality time with her family and dog, Musubi. You can usually find her trying out the newest restaurants around the bay area on the weekends or making her own homemade meals.
